yesterday is quite special & today really sucks!

yesterday is 2.29 and its quite special for it comes every 4 years. and google has just released it's new doodle for this special day.check it out:

any why google uses frog here? i mean why it's not a ox or sth else. one of my reason which maybe will make a sense is frog always reminds one of the action-leap.

another really special reason is this year is the Year of the Frog, which began on February 29th, 2008 and would last throughout the year to promote amphibian conservation.
